Mr. Chels Chae, President and CEO, is responsible for controlling the day-to-day management and administration of the contractual performance of the DBK LLC JV.  DBK LLC is an optimal combination of operational know-how of DP&R with the robust planning,  design, management capacity of Bowers+Kubota.
